We offer advisory services, expense reduction analysts, stressed asset resolutions and investment banking related activities. 

Over the last 2 years, as analysts and advisors, we have advised leading law firms, realty companies with respect to the divestment of high-value real estate, and chartered accountancy firms and have contributed meaningfully to several M&A deals totaling in excess of several crore rupees. Apart from being integrally involved in valuation and financial modelling for these deals, we were also responsible for maintaining pitch books and ensuring that all stakeholders, both internal and external, had all the information they needed at the right time.

We are also working on several projects which we hope to take to their logical conclusions, with, amongst others, large banks and financial institutions.

We have been praised by our associates and clients for the attention to detail and clarity in our reports, especially our executive summaries. One of the MDs termed our executive summary for a critical M&A deal as the “most well-written report I’ve come across in years”. We understand how critical data and reports are in decision making, which is why we approach writing, even the simplest of reports or updates with utmost diligence.

We were awarded a "Certificate of Appreciation" by the CBIT, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, for sizeable payment of Goods & Services Tax (GST) in cash for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2021.
